Steps to Join i-RIC 2026

Follow the steps below to participate in i-RIC 2026:

Step 1: Choose Your Participation Category

Participants may register under one of the following categories:

Submit your abstract/full paper via:

Step 2: Create an Account

Register and create your participant account in the ConfBay system.

Step 3: Submit Your Entry

Upload the required documents:

* Abstract / Full Paper (Research Category)

* Innovation Description / Poster / Supporting Materials (Innovation Category)

Step 4: Review & Notification

All submissions will undergo review and evaluation by the appointed reviewers/judges. Notification of acceptance will be sent via email.

Step 5: Payment Registration

Accepted participants are required to complete the conference payment process before the deadline.

Step 6: Camera-Ready Submission

Participants must submit the final corrected version based on reviewers’ comments.

Step 7: Attend i-RIC 2026

Present your research paper or innovation product during the conference session at i-RIC 2026.
